Our story
Started with one van and a promise about time
Nexus Point Logistics began in Norfolk with a single cargo van and a simple observation: shippers in Hampton Roads had plenty of carriers, but very few they could actually reach at 3 a.m. when a load went sideways.
We built the company around that gap. A staffed dispatch desk instead of a voicemail box. Drivers credentialed for medical and hazardous freight instead of subcontracted strangers. Documentation delivered before the customer has to ask for it.
Today our fleet runs last mile routes across the Seven Cities, specimen circuits for regional labs, placarded chemical moves for industrial clients, and long-haul expedited runs that leave the port and do not stop until they arrive.
